Exchanging Shop Points

Claim Your Purchased Item
To claim your purchased item, simply log in in-game and use the command "!shop" in the default chat window of the game client, your character must be in a protection zone.
You can also use the red box "Your Store Inbox" that is located at the eastern part of the depots.
